4th of July Celebration Details!

Big Bear Lake has one of the most amazing fireworks displays in Southern California.

Fireworks are shot from a barge in the middle of the lake in front of the Boathouse. 

The show begins between 8:45-9:15pm.


$5 admission fee per person.

Beach side table reservations: $20 per person, tables of 6 or 8 are available.

Kayak and Stand Up Paddle boards will be available for rent on site.

Special BBQ Menu served on the beach, indoor kitchen will be closed.

No dogs allowed on the forth because of the fireworks.

The Boathouse Lakeside Tavern is located on the shore of Big Bear Lake.

with our glassed in deck and tables on the beach you can't dine any closer to the lake. our west facing deck has amazing sunset views.

Kayak & Stand Up Paddle Board Rentals

Paddling is the best way to experience the lake!

Kayak and Stand Up Paddle Boards are available on site, lakeside, for rent from Johnny's Board Shop.

With over 300 days of sunshine a year, Big Bear Lake is a great location for paddling with quiet coves and amazing views of the valley. Waterfowl abounds, you may see a Bald Eagle or Blue Heron and will certainly have a variety of ducks paddling with you.

Dogs are welcome and we are located next to a dog friendly beach.

Our high quality equipment, suitable for both beginners and experienced paddlers includes Single and Double seat kayaks and stable soft top paddle boards.
